Process of Steel Manufacturing

The whole process of steel manufacturing is as follows:

1. Raw materials are dug out from the mine.
2. Entering the concentrating plant in the form of iron ore and being screened into iron ore containing higher iron oxide.
3. Enter the steel plant in the form of iron ore. The first station in the steel plant will be the sinter plant, which will be sintered into a spherical shape.
4. Then, together with the coke, it is put into the ironmaking blast furnace of the ironmaking plant and refined into molten iron.
5. The molten iron from the ironworks is sent to the steel mill for refining into steel.
6. The molten steel from the steel mill is sent to the foundry and rolling mill, cast into the desired shape, and then cut into steel according to a certain length, then cooled!
7. The cooled steel is transported to the storage workshop and waiting to be sold!
